What forms of payment do you accept?

How can I be sure of the size?
To be sure about your size we encourage you to check out the “Size chart” section. On product pages, you can find a size chart to the right of each photo.
What happens if there is something wrong with receiving the order?
ESO only sells items in perfect condition, so in the exceptional case that you receive a garment with a defect, contact our Customer Service department via Email/Whatsapp, sharing the images of the defective article along with your order number at info@exportstoreonline.com or call us on (+92) 334 4461615
Do you offer alterations/ customization?
Unfortunately we do not offer alteration services at the moment. However, we are working in this direction and hope to offer alteration services in future.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased from ESO can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if::
The item(s) do not fit.
The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or are found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to info@exportstoreonline.com or call us on (+92) 334 4461615, in case you want to raise a dispute. At ESO , we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
Do you accept returns on discounted items?

Do you offer refunds in case of any issues with the product?
If the product is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, a return and refund can be requested via email to info@exportstoreonline.com or call us on (+92) 334 4461615. Once the return is accepted and the product is returned to ESO, you will receive the amount via Bank Transfer/ Discount Coupon.

ESO is an online store based in Pakistan.
Are your products imported?
All products at ESO are imported.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Sustainability is our utmost priority therefore all our products are safe for the environment.
How do I care for my ESO picks?
While washing your ESO product, wash them inside out to avoid fading and fiber damage. Use a gentle or delicate cycle. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach. Do not use hot water, as it can ravage denim fibers. Hang your article up to air dry so it doesn’t shrink.
Do you ship across Pakistan?
Yes, we ship all across Pakistan.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. However, freight charges do apply
What is the standard delivery time?
Local order delivery can take between 1-3 working days; depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Timely delivery is subject to the availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request some form of payment verification or source to process the order.
Do you also take orders for wholesale?
We do take wholesale orders.
What precautions do you take while shipping during COVID?
All employees at ESO follow strict SOPs while handling your products. The product is thoroughly washed, sanitized, and shipped with precaution.
Would I be able to trace my order?
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through Email/SMS. However you'll you can login to our website to check your current order status as well.
Can I add change or delete an order after placing it?
